Introduction

Imagine an app that empowers parents to help their children improve their speech patterns through engaging pronunciation exercises. This innovative app serves as a valuable tool, providing a platform for parents to practice speech patterns with their children in a fun and interactive way. My role

As the project manager, I played a pivotal role in bringing this app to life. Guiding a team of six talented individuals, I ensured effective communication and collaboration throughout the development process. Daily stand-up meetings became a cornerstone of our workflow, allowing me to guide the team and align our efforts towards our shared vision.

Recognizing the importance of team bonding and cohesion, I took the initiative to create activities like Team Contracts and Team alignment sessions. These activities fostered a sense of unity, enabling team members to build trust, communicate effectively, and work towards our common goals.

To streamline our project management process, I introduced a shared Kanban board. This board allowed us to create and track weekly tasks, ensuring transparency and accountability. By visualizing our progress and managing priorities effectively, we optimized our workflow and delivered project milestones in a timely manner.

Additionally, I actively contributed to the creation of project deliverables, working closely with the team to ensure the successful completion of key milestones. By coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and facilitating effective collaboration, I ensured that the project remained on track and aligned with our objectives.

Furthermore, I lent my support in the creation of a compelling pitch deck. Collaborating with the team, I assisted in crafting a persuasive narrative that effectively communicated the app's value proposition to potential stakeholders. By leveraging my project management expertise and attention to detail, we presented a compelling case that resonated with investors and partners.
